Pipe Management Australia (PMA) has confirmed that its operations will remain fully supported despite recent media reports highlighting concerns about potential fuel supply pressures across Australia.
With a fleet of more than 140 specialised vehicles supporting critical infrastructure maintenance across the East Coast, fuel supply reliability is an important factor in ensuring PMA can continue delivering essential services to councils, water utilities and infrastructure asset managers.

The relationship between PMA and IOR dates back more than a decade. What began as an early partnership between PMA’s Luke Moore and IOR’s Drew Morland has since developed into a strong and trusted working relationship that continues to support both organisations today.
Reflecting on the partnership, Moore noted that the early collaboration has proven invaluable.

To further reinforce supply certainty, Moore recently spoke directly with Drew Morland, CEO of IOR, who confirmed that as an established contracted customer PMA’s fuel supply arrangements remain secure and PMA’s contracted supply arrangements remain in place and continue to support its operations during the current market volatility.
IOR is one of Australia’s largest independent fuel distributors and operates a fully integrated fuel supply network including import terminals, national distribution infrastructure and large-scale fuel storage facilities.
Recent investment in supply infrastructure such as the Lytton diesel import terminal at the Port of Brisbane has further strengthened supply capability on the east coast. The facility provides approximately 110 million litres of diesel storage capacity, improving fuel security for industries operating large-scale fleets.
Through this established partnership PMA has been assured that its contracted supply arrangements remain in place, allowing the company to maintain reliable service delivery across its national programs.
